Final weekend

Hi everyone,
It's time to get thinking about the final weekend of your CP1 course. You all need to be prepared to deliver your ball control presentations (likely on Sat) and be ready to take the ball control video test on Friday as well as complete feeding testing for those that have to. We will test Breaking Down a Playing Situation on Saturday morning and then primarily review for Training a Sequence of shots, which will be tested on Sunday morning, and Private Lesson which will be tested on Sunday afternoon.

As always workbooks are due 8am on Friday morning and it's best to have those out of the way prior to the start of the weekend so you can focus on the things at hand. I will not be able to accept late workbooks past Sunday morning and you will then have to organize with Jay to get them in. Make sure to have workbook #2 with you because we must sign off that it is done and you will need it for a number of the activities that we will be doing over the weekend.

Take care until then and I'll see you all on Fri, Feb 24th.

Club Pro 1 Winter 2012: Club Pro 1 Manual Seeding Chart

I think there is a typo on pg 14-174 - Seeding Chart. Seed 8 should be placed on line 49 not 46. Does anyone see this?

Here are some great websites that you may want to look at. Best of all they are Canadian and showcase the kind of expert coaching that we are developing here at home.

The course would be easier if everyone called themselves some form of Alec. Looking forward to the next weekend.

Congrats!

Thanks for putting forth such a strong effort this weekend. Patti, Jean and I feel that you all were very engaged and got something useful from the content we went through. Over the coming days I will put some info up that you may find useful. Please use this forum to help one another and to contribute to the course as a whole.

Well Done!

Happy New Year, fellow players!

Good morning,

I got up this morning and signed up for Andy's blog. It is a great idea to share thoughts among the course participants this way: free, quick and easy. I look forward to seeing you again on Friday morning.

All the best in the New Year to everyone. Let your wishes come true!
